Motivation & Support / Quit smoking

What's working for me right now is not laying the whole concept of quitting completely on my shoulders. Instead, I just tell myself I'm not smoking at certain places and certain times. Which is working pretty well. I pretty much don't smoke at all while I'm at work except for on lunchwhich I'll be completely cutting that out soon. Then I'll move on to not smoking outside of work, etc.
