Eat often!

Eat lots of high protein foods and carbs.

Smoothies, shakes, nuts, dried fruit, avocado, meat, cheese, milk, fish, eggs, wholegrains, potatoes, brown rice, olive oil etc.
Stay away from junk food, sugar, processed foods, saturated fats.

Weight train

Building muscle will add weight, increase your workouts as you progress so your muscles are always benefitting from the workout.

Do push-ups, crunches, lunges, squats or use weights etc.
