Workouts and Programs / My plan watch my journey

I'm 109 I don't have an ideal goal weight just when I see where I'm happy with my body I'm happy now I just like to stay fit and toned well more fit and toned I not only workout at home with these workout but I live by a gym and go every day for a hour and a half I'm challenging myself at a 3 month mark of a work out routine every week to every other week I will post my journey and how I toned and loss and gained in with it if you wanna be part of my journey follow me!
