Alright it's just about time for me to dive into * JackD * 8 Weeks To Increase - Day 2 - Legs.

To those who it may concern, Jess,
* JackD * 8 Weeks To Increase - Day 3 - Arms has been created.

It a little over or under an hour depending on if you utilize the rests or not. I suggest you do as these are ALL supersets. And this is the easy version...it gets harder around week 3 or 4 so I'd enjoy it while you can.
