Volleyball is my favorite sport .. I love it so much I mad so more to be better .. I mad this workout (( Volleyball )) to show how I love it wish u all see it ..
Now I will begin what is the most important Exercises 4 Volleyball :
Jumping is so important .. I always training how to jump better .. also u have make alot exercises 4 ur knees all ur body depends on ur knees ... there is arms , shoulders & elbow ♡
