Motivation & Support / Workout/Motivation Buddy!!

Good morning! I'm new to this app but I'm with you! I'm trying to drop 40 lbs for life! I need the buddy system too! I'm down to help. My goal is to get up eeearly in the morning at least 5 days a week, meditate and pray, work out, write and get my day started.
I'll be 50 next year and I have to get healthy and fine for me and my 12 yr old daughter.

Drink 80 oz. of water a day.
No soda, no preservatives, additives...
No fried food...
Small portions...
Fruit and veggies.

Movement is life!
