Workouts and Programs / Sexy V-line

Getting your body fat down will reveal that V your looking for. A good cardio routine will help you get there. A good rule of thumb is 30 minutes of cardio (more or less depending on the intensity).

Also try challenging your core (abs, hips, lower back, and butt) in different ways. Your core is interconnected so if any of those areas is weak it will make you stomach poof-out.

Flutter kicks
Bicycle crunches
Mountain climbers (explosive mountain climbers too)
Planks (side planks, planks with leg lifts, hop out planks)
Leg lifts
Figure 8s
Jack knives and pikes (if you have stability ball)
Single floor leg lifts
Brigades (aka hip ups)
Locust poses (aka supermans)
Cork screws
Reverse snow angels
