Diet & Nutrition / protein shakes ?

After talking with some friends and trainers, I was told about SunWarrior protein drink. You can mix it with water, almond milk, whatever your preference is. There also a lot of great recipes online to make different types of shakes. It's more a meal replacement for breakfast and lunch for me, when I need something quick. It's healthy and very tasty!!
