Men's Locker Room / Eating Disorder

You don't need to starve yourself! Trust me because I almost developed the same problem...I limited all I could eat to tiny portions of carbs and even small portions of meat and fruits and veggies. My mom got worried and brought me to the doctor and now I'm back on track:) All you have to do is watch what you eat. As long as you work out normally you can eat a lot as long as its the right kinds of food!
