Iowa, United States
Hawkeye Point is the highest elevation in Iowa. Located approximately 4.5 miles north of Sibley on the eastern side of SR60 and approximately 3.5 miles south of the Iowa-Minnesota state border. It is at the southern end of the cattle feeding trough on a farm.
It is very likely that the land that includes the highpoint will be turned into a park. Osceola County owns the land following the death of one of the original owners. Work on the park is said to be under way.
