Doing physical therapy 2 days this week and keeping it to light core building. I’m just returning to exercise. I’d been working on what I thought was a hip injury. Actually, I had Cauda Equina from a fracture in my spine and had large bone fragments. Had surgery to remove fragments and lamenectomy (the part of the spine you actually feel when touching the skin over your spine) on L2-L3.
