Hello! What's your workout schedule this week? Do you have a hard time creating one. Follow these steps: Commit to 2-3 workouts a week and specific about of time you can easily fit into your schedule. Schedule them on to your calendar. Give yourself 10 minutes to transition from one activity to another. When you finish your workout, be grateful for the time spent taking care of yourself.

I workout after work on days I work, and early afternoon or late morning on days off. I find time to fit working out everyday. love the feeling after a killer workout

I am a school student. I am a national level skater. I skate mostly for 4 hours everyday. Some days we don't have to skate so that day I do as much workout which is enough and necessary..... I would definitely try to follow the way you told.
