3 days per week? 4 days per week? 5 days per week? 6 days per week? We all have an opinion on the matter of how often we should train. But, it all boils down to how you train, what style you use and ultimately, your goals. I do a 5 day cycle. Upper, Lower, Push, Pull, R&R. These 5 will always work in my favour as one 3-cycle, I will do an upper-lower 4-day split. The next 3-week cycle? Push-Pull combos and R&R sessions. Just remember, do whatever works for you! Not the big guy next to you! 💪
