Track n field(middle High,college, and Jr olympic. State regional city champ. I practice so many aspects of fitness because each activity gives you something different. I enjoy yoga, pole, handstands, zumba, weight lifting, aquarobics, and family exercises. I also knew as a young adult I wanted to be a motivational speaker. As a PT I understand what roles I play in people lives and it the best motivated I can be. By helping other become better them via mental spiritual physically and emotionally.
