About Me

I've been working in the fitness industry for 17 years, training clients both 1:1 and group training. I started my career on the gym shop floor as a fitness consultant, and very quickly got promoted to studio coordinator. After a year in this role I was very fortunate to then run two fitness suites as fitness manager. I'm qualified as a level 4 reps instructor, certificates include cancer rehab, cardiac rehab, diabetes and obesity, level 3 PT, gym instructor, CIRCUIT training instructor, Les Mills instructor in body pump, body combat and body balance. Pilates since 2005, senior population since 2002 and more recently mums and buggy fitness boot camps. Change 1 thing and repeat until it becomes a habit, it takes 28 days to create a habit.
