Using the Skimble app makes all the difference. Plus, working with a Local gym like Planet Fitness or a personal gym, you can maximize your benefits. I have seen that, as a trainer, those who find any activity to fill in during weeks off a gym routine, help maintain the body's need for consistant stamina and applyication of set routines and exersize tasks without the guilt of those very needed rest and recovery periods. Remember the body is a peice of equipment that needs multifacited as well as balanced instruction to acheive personal success. Blessings Skimble Community.
