Had to cut some reps out because of my messed up ankle but I kept on going the best I could when it wasn't bothering me. Got to keep my mind on my health! Want to get healthier but don't need to make my ankle worse!

Hey Ryan, I just wanted to let you know that I have knee, neck or whatever pain but I try to gently pursavere and 9 x out of ten I'm glad I did because the pain u add usually goes away. I'm not advocating to hurt yourself but for me pain has always left me if I persevere and push myself. I hope I'm a help to you ๐Ÿ™

Thanks Aimee! If I can handle it I usually push through the pain. Sometimes I have to not work on one side and I just double on the other side.

Does anyone have recommendations on workouts I could do? I like to do some work outs with a couple of days between to see how I improve from the previous day. My main goal is for weight loss so anything in that area would be appreciated as well :)

I like to work my legs and rest them for 24 days but do arms abs core and cardio. Just alternate between those and don't forget yoga or at least stretching! ๐Ÿ’ช

All the ab work in the world won't help unless you burn more calories each day than you take in.
