My whole life I have been the "chunky" girl out of the group, until I decided to make a real change. I was active in high school as a swimmer and cheerleader, but that all changed when I went to college. I of course gained the "freshman 15" and more. I was later diagnosed with binge eating disorder, and body dysmorphia. I hated myself and my body, so I decided to make a change, and I started working out a few times a week, which gradually led to 5-6 times a week. Living healthy started to be fun, and it made me feel good! I now want to help other people do the same!
