I skipped a few days only because I was far too busy to take some time and workout so I really felt the burn this time. But I must say I feel great. I'm excited and look forward to the future because I WILL achieve that dream body.

This first session of "Brazilian Butt" turned out good. I had to often remind myself of the body that I wanted to achieve, this helped me to complete each workout. At times, I got tired/sore and thought about giving up but, I said to myself...after everything you've been through, you can do anything. Just believe you can, and you'll be able to accomplish anything. At the end of the session, I was sweaty, thirsty and down right exhausted so I guess you could say it was successful and me constantly having to push myself harder and harder payed off.

Make sure to take deep breaths. I think this workout session was successful. There was moments where I wanted to give up because there were a few, that I found difficult but, I pushed myself to do it. I think we sometimes feel like giving up because it's much easier to sit around and do nothing. Working out is hard work and it takes a large amount of motivation & dedication. We'd rather take the easier route, instead of getting out there and doing it, and putting our blood, sweat and tears into it. But you have to remind yourself: why are you doing this? Who are you doing it for? Hopefully the answers are to achieve a better you, and your doing it FOR YOU. I know it's hard, but don't give up because it'll be worth it in the end and you'll feel like a million bucks.
