This workout comes right after the thighs one. My thighs are still sore, and yet it has me do squats? Also, this is casual. Beginners. I can't do a full plank or a push-up, so how am I supposed to do all these fancy ones. Terrible workout placement and exercises.

I'm literally incapable of doing side planks. My legs also lack the flexibility required for some of these exercises.
