Well I thought I was back. Tore my rotator cuff. Can't hardly move my right arm. So it's going to be a while before I'm back AGAIN.

A year of not working out? I was just going to ask you how'd you stay in shape.. because you still look great! I'm doing fine btw. I been there... Yes it's hard to start over but it's all mental.. Just push yourself and make it a habit .. Once you have it don't let it go. You can do it Sheri! ;)

Hi Jason! I'm back :) My fusions in my neck are finally starting to take..yay Feels like it's been a lot longer then 3 months. So as long as I am careful I can start working out again..slowly :) I've missed everyone. Glad to be back :)

Hi James..Well my fusions aren't taking yet, so that's not good, but my pain has subsided & I feel a lot better. Just frustrating not being able to do Anything. Drs still don't want me working out at all. So I'm just doing very minimal things right now. It's hard being patient. How are you?

Im glad at least some things are going well. Hopefully recovery will pick up. Ive been doing alright. Ready for some warm weather living in Chicago.

Herel it'll be a year before the bones heal & I'll still be restricted then :/ still in a lot of pain & have to be careful not to jolt or strain my neck at all. Makes everything I do difficult. Hard to stay positive but I'm trying :)

Yes I know I can just imagine what your going thru and I am truley sorry... You just need to suck it up young lady and be patient. You need rest and heal up... maybe watch movies or other things with your loved ones. Maybe very light workouts for your lower body, just be careful dear.
