I have been in sporting industry for over 20 years. My main sports were Track & Field, Soccer, Basketball and Volley Ball. Specializing more in Track & Field for Long Jump and Triple Jump. Currently I do coaching for world athletes in Sprints and Jumps event as well as Personal training for fitness instructor. With my vast experience and also working as a Gym manager at Jetts fitness in New Zealand. I have the overall combination of fitness training as well as Specific sports training back ground and bring in a special type of training that brings out the athlete and fitness in everyone.
