Having been involved in sports since a young age, as well as the kitchens of different family members throughout my life, I have developed a passion for fitness, nutrition, and their implications on human health & wellness states. Combining different aspects from a multitude of disciplines, the approach on fitness is tailored to the client on every session, taking in consideration factors that aren't targeted in the common fitness program. The client as a WHOLE, considering every aspect of their being, is the best way to tackle and better off their fitness performance.
