Oh I hate burpies! No way, can't do them yet. Squat jacks aren't too far behind on the "like" area. LoL. But I can do 3 squat jacks in a row.

In 3 days I do it again. Trying to build muscle here without loose fat. So 3 days between gives time for my muscles to reconstruct stronger and bigger. Not bad. Feeling some tingles but no pain. It's time to get my heavier weights out of storage

I change the name of the workout to"Chrissy's Get Up And Burn" . It is anaerobic And aerobic. It really gets the blood pumping. Water I need water. LoL

A little tuff for the first time. LoL And that's with only using 3 lb. Dumbbells lol. I should be doing it with 10 lb. Weights. Got a way to go. :-)
