Good morning dear Skimble friends! I didn't actually plan a rest day yesterday, but i needed one. Now I'm back stronger and eager on continue some serious training. Arms deserve anther rest, so welcome to an absolutely fantastic set of core exercises. There's long impact phases, no repetition, a little cardio, enough without rest and stretching - in short: everything i love in good workouts. Try for yourself, this one's worth it! Me personally, i lack some stamina, but we're slowly getting there again! πŸ€™πŸ»

Just realized that it's been OVER TWO YEARS when lately managing to work out 6 times or more a week. I'm actually shocked and even more motivated to really stay with it finally again!!

Holy #%%$=! I admit, after the successful streak in the last couple of days, i felt strength growing and thought: well, I'm about to be ready for beast mode again. Guess what: i was WRONG! This little isolation practice from my dear friend Heiko taught me my limits - which i actually reached already before the last double set... But: there's physical weakness and there's mental strength! I guess the little fighter in my head just refuses to give up every time i want (and sometimes better should) stop and recover instead of overdoing it. So tomorrow and probably also the day after i will be regretting today's session - but there's no success if you not sometimes just push through pain and fatigue! Long story short: keep pushing fitfam - pain is only weakness leaving the body!

That felt pretty good. 3.3km in those 15 mins. It's awesome to do cardio and train so many muscles simultaneously at the same time - but it'll take much more training and ongoing consistency until in tau for beast mode again

Good one! I'm puffing a bit, but i remember doing it two months ago: strength and endurance increased just a little bit. Taking into consideration that i wasn't too consistent i count this as a success!

Notes to myself: Note 1: carefully walk through any workout. Only that arms were quite lazy for over a week and a 'moderate' workout doesn't necessarily sound like a good idea!!! Note 2: I definitely can NOT do 32 pull-ups. Even when i was fitter than nowadays. I managed to do 12 overall - which is actually quite satisfying for me. I also cannot do 200 or so tricep dips. Or 120 clean vertical leg crunches. Or... Long story short: i tried my best but even with reduced weight and reps i think this one's QUITE TOUGH! And no, it's...
