For once pretty satisfied with today's session. Of course the opponent was not too strong and i had my mistakes but the first real games with my new mixed partner for our tournament in January could have been worse. Bonus: a won single match in the end

Great fun, maybe o should use the kettlebell more often! Kettlebell exercises are always designed to fulfil full body compound movements - which is great as you use deep muscles usually neglected in "normal" workouts but necessary for every other movement and prevent for example back pain. I like! πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸ»

Combining something i love (core) with something i hate (cardio). All in all this makes a damn effective workout to lose some unwanted fat i at least somehow enjoyed!

Oh yeah! Wasn't sure if i can make it through after 2 1/2 mins but: big success. Was quite a challenge though. I'm pretty satisfied where I'm at again in this stage, still two mins away from my personal record, but we're getting there. Tomorrow will be more productive but I'm gonna leave it for now with this challenge. Have a nice weekend folks!

Gosh... I'm sweating so much!!! A little too much focus on legs and butt for my taste - nevertheless it has a lot of movements not so common and especially with compound elements. So all in all i didn't really love it but it's definitely effective!

Wow, that was very tough for me today!! The workout comprises all the great basic exercises for string ab muscles and the impact phases are well chosen. Problem is: there is NO break in between sets and the movement count is just nonsense of you give at least a little something about clean form. Still: of you just do the exercises for the allotted time and throw in a break here and there the workout is totally worth trying!

Alright, I'm back in action again! That nasty block in my neck/back still refuses to leave me alone eventually but being very cautious with the exercises i can work out again. Awesome workout btw: simple but with a good warm-up and every movement necessary to work on those guns

After a long and painful Thai massage session yesterday my neck feels better but not yet fully normal again - so it's "only" rowing again today and hopefully everything has fully recovered tomorrow. 3,2km in 15 mins

Tough call Lisa, there's quite a lot of pretty fish in the lake πŸ˜‚ But seriously, i have no real idea where the pain comes from. Maybe i overstretched the plow pose or something else in the stretching workout on Sunday...it'll probably take some time and until that I'll just go easy on the exercises.

Second day. Final round competing for 5th place. We had a bad start again in our first game today and were back 7 points very quick. Changing players after the first half brought is back in the game and we gained point after point. Sadly in the end we lost with just once point. Second game was good until the final minute when the opponent gained 3 points and we finally had a tie. In the extra time we were back three points after first half but with willpower we fought back and finally won the game with just one point. 7th place of twelve competitors and pretty satisfied with what we are still capable of.

First day of the German Championship. We're meanwhile the oldest team in the competition and don't train any more since years. Under those circumstances we still deliver some good games, it's just not enough anymore to compete with the top teams. First day was - as usual - a challenge as we had to find our confidence and stability again. So we lost a game we should have been winning. 3 lost, 2 won overall in the prelim, still enough for the top 4 in or group. Ranking 4th sadly means to play the winner of the other group in the quarter finals. We made a good game and came close in the second half after a bad start, still lost with 7 points in the end. The opponent was just too good.

Awesome workout! Pretty tough but very effective with the combination of lower body exercises and cardio to burn some cals and on the other hand training the core muscles. Sadly I'm under a very strict time constraint, even had to skip some exercises.

Overall a good series. No equipment. Not super-intense. Very good too get back in the game, when you don't have much time or as a warm-up series.
