Had a horrible day: 12 stressful hours in the office with no time for lunch plus a serious damage on my car which already cost and will still cost me quite a couple of hours in the coming days... This workout was the first positive thing happening today and gave my mind a quick rest!

Nice workout btw, well designed with good diversity. The 2 mins elbow in the end were tough, but I fought through. Seems I'm slowly getting back there

My goodness - this one was REALLY TOUGH for me today. I fought my way through, but my butt is still sore and i can't do so many crunches and pushups atm... Yet a FANTASTIC workout, definitely worth a try!

Phew! Great cardio and cote burn!! Must say that the planks were still a bit too much for me... But it definitely trains very well all big muscles and gets the heart rate up: this is the way to lose them fatty calories! LIKE!

Doing this workout stilk today was pure mind over body: was literally 10 hrs on my feet today, walking over 5000 steps just IN MY FLAT. I mean it: No excuses!! The workout itself was great btw, I SLOWLY feel a bit strenght kicking in. My legs will definitely still be dead tomorrow...

YES! First program I ever started in here. Always refused to as i don't like being pressed into a tight corset. But I lack a bit of creativity to do my own thing atm - plus i definitely need an overall makeover. So what the heck: one can't judge without trying - so here we go!

Woufff... sometimes the apparently pretty easy stuff brings you flat on the floor, all sweat and flat... This serious full-body conditioner works well on all big muscle groups and incorporates core work in almost every exercise. I feel that i have still a long road to travel...

It may not seem pretty intimidating - but this one has the potential to initiate a good portion of sweat by working on many of the big muscle groups with long impact phases. Good mixture - me likey

Phew.. now THAT was something! Being a little dull due to repetition and a bit too much isolation on small muscles, this one is still a pretty good pack for the upper body. As sure as i really felt my legs and bum today, my arms will be so dead tomorrow. But what the heck, no pain no pleasure and muscles will grow and adapt soon. Really enjoyed this!!

Sweet mother... first real workout in MONTHS!! Leads me to a few questions: - why did i ever stop?! - where's my freaking muscles? - why did i start with such a toughie?! - how fit have i been that i did this one as a warmup in the better days?!!! I hope more will follow soon. I really hope that my shoulder stops hurting without even being used. And i sincerely hope that I'll ever come even close to where I've been already. Who's with me friends?

A bit less effort today, yet technically more demanding. Fantastic hike in amazing weather conditions: 12,5km with 950 metres difference in altitude up to 2.250 metres in 4:30 hrs. Light unsecured climbing with loose pebble in ascent and descent, not for the faint of heart
