Back to my program after 2 months - and my. .. that was tough! Especially those 180 reps just targeting legs and butt in the beginning... Nevertheless: good workout, and I'm glad i fought though as good as i could.

Wow... I don't know who's responsible for the workout classification - but imho there's NO workout lasting for almost one hour that deserves to be classified as "casual". Even if it doesn't have the hardest exercises out there: working on core and glutes that long isn't easy and I'm proud that i could do it. The workout itself is not that bad, just a bit repetitive here and there.

I agree, especially 40 second elbow planks most people can't even hold them that long, it's at least moderate, how the heck have you been? I thought you had left for good. Have not heard from you in ages?

Hey Heidi! How dare you even thinking about me could have been leaving for good?! No, seriously: i know that there's been way too many weeks without doing anything - there was the knee, a serious flu, loooong office days and between all that i lost track and motivation. I tried several times to jump back on the train, but if it's not a daily routine any more, it's hard to stay consistent. I can't promise that this is my final comeback, but I sincerely try my best. I've disappointed my fitfam and, even worse, myself long enough!!!

I don't that that long workouts are that bad Riiiin, and i love core workouts - so i wasn't really bored. Just saying it could use a little more variety - and one hour is quite something that doesn't deserve being called "casual"

Btw Heidi: i don't really like reverse elbow - i don't find it that tough - maybe I'm doing it wrong - but for me personally it's a weird pose that just doesn't feel right

Awesome! Great workout with good length, variety and some of my favourite core exercises. Of course I'm missing strength to fully rock this thing - but it still feels fantastic to having done a little something especially after 12 very tiring hrs in the office!

Magnesium overdose yesterday did a great job: i feel the legs a bit but not a bit of intense leg pain. Today I've only the time time for this great upper body quickie. It's good to let the muscles rest a bit anyway. Have a great weekend everybody!

I'm not gonna lie guys: I had to work out against the pain from the last training on Monday today. Funny part: while i could barely walk over the day, the workout itself was durable. And i know that pain will decrease while the body gets stronger again - thus no excuses. Workout itself contains simple yet great basic exercises, very well worth the effort.

Wooowwwww... do you know the feeling when every muscle in your body goes "WTF?!" Well, welcome to my world! Who knew that only a few months of no serious training throws you back to never having trained at all. .. Seriously: I know that an awful long way lies before me - but at least today I'm willing to walk every single step. I can't guarantee for the next days (esp. with muscle soreness of tomorrow in mind) but I'm sure with my big awesome Skimble family it'll be less hard and twice the fun. I'm back for good friends!

Had a horrible day: 12 stressful hours in the office with no time for lunch plus a serious damage on my car which already cost and will still cost me quite a couple of hours in the coming days... This workout was the first positive thing happening today and gave my mind a quick rest!

My goodness - this one was REALLY TOUGH for me today. I fought my way through, but my butt is still sore and i can't do so many crunches and pushups atm... Yet a FANTASTIC workout, definitely worth a try!
