hey good way to start. they always say to strengthen your core yet when you do workouts thats the spot that most miss. keep it up. tomorrow we will do better! so will you!

good. any little boost helps just remember you key mental trick. your body will force you to stop when its tired burning or if your breathing pattern doesnt match your heart rate. its the body protecting its self. so thats when self discipline kicks in. gotta make yourself not give up when your body wants to. thats the only way to improve your standing physical standing.

That's true but I keep pushing it. Sometime I take a little 5 sec. Break but then I go in

careful you can develop muscle memory an your musclea will quit everytime same workout length
