About Me

A bit about Martin, Originally from Albania, Martin holds a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy. Immediately after successfully completing his Bachelor Degree, he congruently interned at Mother Theresa and the Military & Veterans’ Hospitals in Albania, two of the leading Hospitals in the country. He was offered an opportunity to move to the United States, and here in the New World, he zealously continued his commenced path heading towards the completion of the N.A.S.M certification, aiming to become a certified Personal Trainer.    He remains a firm believer that hard work always pays off, no matter the struggle encountered along the way, while aiming to reach the desired destination.

The importance of water. - Gland function improves - Fluid retention is alleviated - Improvements of liver function, increased the %of fat used for energy - Metabolic function Fluid replacement in the athlete's - 16ounces 2hours before training - Drink 8ounces for every 15minutes of exercise - If your workout consists in more than 60 minutes use sports drinks with 8% of carb or more not just water and if your workout is less than 60 minutes water is the best choice. - 20 ounce for every pound of body weight lost after an exercise.
