About Me

Tom Carter I am the owner of Viking Fitness Systems a private training studio. I work with UFC athletes in strength and conditioning. I am also a marketing consultant for Proforce Athletics. I have a Master’s degree in Kinesiology and a CSCS through NSCA. I am a ten year Air Force veteran. I served as a Phoenix RAVEN in Iraq and Afghanistan. I have been personal training in Portland, OR for 5 years. I have trained athletes looking to get a competitive edge, people rehabbing from injuries, and individuals looking to reduce health risks caused by obesity. I have a reputation of improving the overall quality of life of my clients.
