Really good workout, a bit tiring tho. I have skipped two workouts. The inverted ring which we don’t have at the gym and the squat at the end. Feeling fatigued already

Not easy, yet not hard. My rope jumping wasn’t really good, it was quite slow so I can do it. I’m not sure if I will have the legs for the next workout 🤦‍♂️

Good workout, I felt tightness in my quads throughout the workout.
