About Me

Eric has been a personal trainer since January 2005. While pursuing a Master’s degree at California University of Pennsylvania, he worked as a junior high science teacher, basketball coach, and track and field coach in New Orleans, LA. He has also worked as an exercise physiologist for LMN Health and Wellness L.L.C as well as a strength and conditioning coach for Look at Me Now Body Sculpt L.L.C. Eric has experience working with clients of different ages and levels of fitness, including elderly and high risk populations. He believes all health and fitness is rooted in a proper foundation of core strength and muscular flexibility, as these traits affect other areas of fitness such as cardiovascular conditioning and muscular strength. Eric’s two biggest claims to fame: qualifying for NCAA Division II Track and Field Nationals in the 800m for Livingstone College in 1997 with a time of 1:51.79, which also established the school’s record. Secondly, as head coach, he led his boy’s junior high basketball team to their third Division II Parish basketball championship. In 2013, Eric was inducted into the Livingstone College Athletic Hall of Fame. He enjoys running, weight lifting, coaching track and basketball, competing in physique competitions, spending time with his family, and traveling in his spare time. Specialties Functional Training Core Training Strength and Conditioning Sport-Specific Training Power & Speed Enhancement Cardiovascular Conditioning General Fitness
