About Me

I’m also a competitive and sponsored obstacle course athlete. I enjoy running and have completed many half marathons, 10ks, and 5ks. My training philosophy has always been to be consistently inconsistent. Our bodies are great at adapting. We can’t change our bodies if we allow ourselves to get comfortable in a routine workout. I continually look for new ways to challenge myself and athletes both physically and mentally.   Each client I work with is treated as an athlete that deserves the highest attention and respect. During my racing career I have had the opportunity to work with athletes of all abilities; this has given me a unique insight into how to provide motivation to clients so they can attain their fitness goals and life goals.
