About Me

Over weight for more then half of my life. Unhappy and very unhealthy, I decided at 20 it was finally time to make a change. Started fitness slowly by walking, branched into at home fitness videos which sparked my love of kickboxing and MMA style workouts. Started learning more about weight lifting and calisthenic workouts. Became a Personal Trainer for a major gym in Canada, branched into Group Fitness which has become my biggest passion. I have found my purpose in helping others find their love for fitness ❤️💪
