My health journey started in high school, through sports and education. In sports, I found myself constantly wanting to know why certain exercises were performed, and physiologically, the consequence of them. In education, my first anatomy class blew me away and sparked a never ending thirst for knowledge about the human body.

When I look at you, I remember Russian twist ( video ) You make it look very very easy ( But it's challenging )
