About Me

My health journey started in high school, through sports and education. In sports, I found myself constantly wanting to know why certain exercises were performed, and physiologically, the consequence of them. In education, my first anatomy class blew me away and sparked a never ending thirst for knowledge about the human body. I went on to get a M.Ed. in Physical Education with a focus on Exercise Physiology.
