Nope, I just made one that was for abbs biceps and shoulders. I have a work out plan from body building.com but I use this app as a base so I don't always have to be looking at the other site

i have an acct with them at bb.com for like 10 years or so! they cut out the supplementation part so I switched to get big and a critical bench.com, check it out! it got me from 160 lbs benching 250 to 199 benching 370 in six months!!! strict dedication as u have and a mindset to move some iron is all u need..with a diet change too of course but it comes with the territory!
