A little extra today, plus my cross fit! 95lbs front squat, 12:24; 21•15•9 hand stand push ups w/band, Russian twists 10lbs, slam balls, lateral hops. Also 200 m run in between each round.

Good ab workout was able to.get about 20 per set. Also my crossfit work out in the am dirty thirty lol was super hard :-)

Haha I wish I was behind the curve so I have alot of catching.up to do lol. Plus I was preggers this time last summer. I still have alot of work to do :-)
