can't stress how important it is to remember to have a deload/recovery week at the end of a training cycle. it may feel like a waste of time amd you're going to run to the next round of work, but trust me its worth it to take some time to full let your muscles and mind heal while staying active. its the best way to start your next training cycle fresh and ready to make more progress. #camplife
