About Me

I've had a very busy schedule and have not been as consistent as I would like to, don't have time for the gym, and work out trainer takes away all of the time challenges. I LOVE this app. Anyone with a busy schedule and do this and the workouts will challenge you but this is what you want right - results. I love that you can work out from your Laptop - if you're a PRO member which is only $6.99 a month - cheaper than ANY gym I've ever belonged to. But more importantly - I get a MUCH better work out using this than going to the gym, simply because It's just me and I can truly focus, dont have wait for machines, don't have to remember how to use any machines, and i dont have people watching me making me feel uncomfortable.

Great workout right here. the first few minutes are to basically get your body warmed up to the exercises you will be doing. then you start incorporating weights doing those same exercises. i loves it. this is a true quality work out.

OMG if you want a quality work out - this is it. I have been using workout trainer off and on for years and this one is the best one yet. Its just the right amount of challenge and you really have to push yourself. It may only be 15 minutes but its a FOR REAL BOOT CAMP! I am dripping with sweat.

Now if you want nice toned sexy arms, shoulders and a back with no rolls, 3 days a week with this get you there. This workout is NO joke. I was drenched in sweat within the first 5 minutes but its so worth it.
