About Me

Lisa got her start in the fitness world in 2007 when she received her Zumba Fitness Certification. This was the start of a whole new era for her. In 2011 Lisa received her ACE Group Fitness Certification and has since been attending workshops of different formats and group fitness. She has a great passion for fitness and loves helping people through exercise and movement. ​In 2012 Lisa started Kids Movement at her local recreation center. This is a BOSU based movement class for kids on the Autism Spectrum.Using the tools she has learned in her trainings, dance and inspiration from her kiddo she has created a 30-40 minute class that moves through different BOSU exercises as well as movement exercises across the floor. She began teaching HIIT and Tabata Bootcamp classes in 2015 and currently teaches in person classes and virtual bootcamps.
