My average heart rate for the past three sessions has been under 100 bpm. I even cranked up the resistance to the highest setting to register 103 bpm. Perhaps my old cycling legs have come back.🤔🚴🏾‍♂️

I thought my new recumbent stationary bike would be an upgrade, but I am struggling with my position on it. Plan on using my old one tomorrow to see if I’m having the same issues. It could just be me and not the bike.
