About Me

Of an eclectic nature, I’m constantly on the lookout for a method that can provide the individual with an optimal state of wellbeing, starting from a concept of physical, emotional and spiritual "globality". Following the ISEF diploma, I collaborated with the major fitness centers of Monza and, at the same time, deepened the energy systems of Applied Kinesiology and Traditional Chinese Medicine specializing in aromatherapy and myofascial massage. I’m Doctor in Osteopathy having completed the study plan with a thesis on the theoretical practical correlations between Osteopathy and New Germanic Medicine and practice in private and well-known fitness clubs.
