Curls were all done at 15lbs. Triceps started at 30, 32.5 35 Same with cable curls Push ups were regular (elbows out) Skullcrushers started at 25, 30 and one rep at 35 then back to 30

Nice Job! Keep challenging your body. Be sure that you keep your shoulders back on the Tricep pushdowns. This puts more tension on the Tricep. And keep those elbows in, close to your side, and try to limits any shoulder movement when doing bicep Curls.
