Make time in your schedule for exercise. Creating a window in your schedule is easy. I always ask clients how much time they spend watching TV or on media. Take a portion from that and you may find you have ample time to exercise.

Hello Skimble community I will be adding more workouts very soon ! I have been testing some new techniques and they are yielding great results. Being the best trainer requires time testing and perfecting workouts, finding the details that make the best workout can only be found when intense study is done. I have invested hundreds of hours working with clients and other master trainers perfecting these programs. I am excited to be able to share them soon with clients.
