Hello and welcome to my profile page. I have always been active in my life participating in sports in my youth and exercising regularly as an adult. I believe a fitness lifestyle promotes your overall health and well being . I became a certified trainer after working out for decades and studying as much as I could about fitness. I have studied several modalities of training which gives me a foundation to draw from. I am currently in the process of obtaining my Master's training qualification. I once was a classic hard gainer, slim for most of my life and decided to take up bodybuilding as hobby in my late 20's after a serious automobile accident. I found that fitness is ever evolving and techniques and nutrition are so important to obtaining results after really studying and applying my knowledge did I start to see results. I now am in better shape in middle age than I was in my 20's due to exercise. I became certified to help others learn how to effectively train and incorporate fitness into their lives. Hello everyone happy Monday ! I am starting a fat loss routine and will be posting my progress here on Skimble. I ate lots of deserts, and reduced my activity while taken in too many calories. The result is approx 18-23 % body fat. My normal is around 15 or much less if training.
