Felt good! Pushed myself this time! Feeling confident about the first part of this workout but the core training -- the kills! Feeling pretty good about this workout. I think I'll do it a few more times then move to a longer workout!

Well it's been a long while! But I did my first workout again! It was hard but felt good. I also made a mini goal of getting only one sweet coffee drink a week! I'm ready for this but I think I need to remind myself to take it one little goal at a time.

Okay that was intense! I'm still not able to make through the time allocated for most of these exercises. May have to do this program again!

Some of the exercises were a little easier this time! But those dolphin push ups?!? Yikes I couldn't do those so modified to knee push ups, and even then I couldn't go the whole minute! Overall good workout.

This one was definitely harder the first! I'm really not able to continuously do these exercises for the time allocated. The abs are the hardest!

Finished day 2 of lose it tone it! Workout running for beginners. I modified workout to be 5 min easy run and 1 minute hard instead of walk/jog. First run back from a 2 week break so definitely feeling it.
