About Me

I started taking my fitness seriously almost 3 years ago. I played competitive hockey growing up, and after high school, hockey was done for me. When I first started I really had no clue where to start. I knew what I wanted to look like, I knew I wanted to be a lot stronger. But how was I going to get there the fastest way possible? I started researching and learning workout techniques, routines, nutrition, exercises and stretches. After a lot of research and learning I decided why not actually make something out of this? I became a certified personal trainer recently and I am ready to start training some people! I never had a personal trainer, only hockey coaches and conditioning coaches. Now I follow a plan created by a famous athletic coach, Tim Grover
