... cause i didn't feel any pain the day after. i mean, when a wo is done correctly you usually feel the burn or something else... for ex the day after when u laugh. or not?

don't worry! it's not necessary feel pain after workout..probably you should pay more attention in excercices next time

... and if i would try to do this but i have only a pair of dumbell (3kg )? i suppose i wouldn't...

You can do this workout..you should work on time (50" fo exercice) and not on reps. you can do squats and deadlifts but swings are difficult with dumbells! i will post a dumbell/ body weight workout soon as possible! follow me! ;)
