Barbell squats - 80kg Barbell incline bench press - 50kg Barbell deadlifts -  90kg Messed up on Squats, accidentally did 2 extrs sets of 62.5kg, then 1 set of 85kg with poor form, so only did 3 sets of 80kg with poor form. Swapped overhead press for Barbell incline bench press for a change (and to sit down). Warm up sets in between exercises.
