At 22 and in my senior year of college I was 40 lbs heavier at 6'0. Fast food, soda, candy, lots of bread/beer were my staples. One day while at my coffee job, a coworker commented about my stomach. If you're overweight, it's not a mystery to you. I decided that if I didn't change my lifestyle I'd have bigger problems other than being the chubby guy behind the register. First Change- Lean protein, veggies, healthy fats, reduce carbs and drink lots of water. Second change - figure out how to exercise again. I started from running to 40lbs later learning I can shave fat in countless ways with other exercises and proper nutrition. Years of studying and training I decided to become a personal trainer which I never dreamed I would become.
