I am first and foremost a dancer. That is where my primary body knowledge comes from. I have a Batchelor of fine arts in Dance. I am also certified by the NCSF to be a personal trainer. I focus on the importance of balance in muscles, strength training, flexibility, and improving cardiovascular performance.
