did this yesterday but again didn't post! so weird.
also added leg and calf raises to this. as well as flute bridges, hip thrusts, some additional weighted squats and lunges, and some hip abductions.
super easy but needed to keep it quick tonight so it worked out. also forgot to add i did some deadlifts, leg presses, calf raises, glute kickbacks, and some extra squats in addition to yesterday's leg day lol
adding 3x12 leg press, right leg press, left leg press and then 3x12 right calf, left calf, and calf presses. then finishing with a 3x10 plyo right lunge/left lunge/squat circuit!
