1. Started with a 7-min warmup workout 2. Did low impact jumping jacks to bring heart rate up more slowly. 3. Did modified burpees to moderate heart rate better. 4. Still had to take a 20 sec break between burpees and plank to catch my breath. 5. Did 10 push-ups during 30 sec segment. Had to get adjusted and catch my breath before doing them.

- do some light/dynamic stretches before so i can get the heart pumping - 60 jumping jacks shouldn’t have been as hard as it was - tricep dips weren’t effective because of how long my arms are - burpees winded me. Had to take a longer rest before the plank
